Designed for the precise and efficient cutting of large ceramic tiles and porcelain slabs as well as natural and sintered stone, this RUBI TC-125 Circular Cutter Kit is compatible with both 125mm and 115mm diameter diamond blades, making it suitable for a wide range of applications, including blades with reinforcement bars, like the TVA type.
With safety in mind, this Circular Cutter Kit features a switch with a security lock, effectively preventing accidental startups. The electric cable is designed with a PRCD (differential) to ensure optimal electrical safety during operation. Plus, this kit offers a direct connection to the AS-30 PRO vacuum (32mm diameter) for convenient dust extraction. It even includes an adapter to accommodate other models and brands with 37mm, 42mm and 50mm diameter sizes.
This Circular Cutter boasts a regulation valve, a quick connection for a 16mm diameter hose, and a rubber stopper for the suction outlet. These features enhance ergonomics in wet cutting while allowing for a smoother workflow. The injected aluminium blade protector, with a transparent polycarbonate lid and a quick opening and closing system, efficiently reduces the projection of water and particles while facilitating seamless blade changes.
Equipped with carbon steel slide-on adjustable stainless steel radial bearings, this Circular Cutter delivers excellent precision and smooth control. Its double dust reduction/control system enables both dry and wet cutting, providing flexibility to meet various project needs. Additionally, the height-adjustable cutting head, with a mitre range of 0° to 45°, features a fast adjustment system for maximum efficiency. With an additional bi-material handle, primarily designed for mitre cuts, it provides a comfortable grip. To minimise water splashing and improve dust suction during mitre cuts, a tilting side guard is also incorporated into the design.
