Millboard Enhanced Grain Composite Decking perfectly replicates the beauty of freshly cut oak whilst providing the high performance of polyurethane.
Millboard Composite Decking combines a beautiful authentic timber appearance with the high durability and endurance of polyurethane, a material widely recognised for its strength. Using moulds created from real oak and hand coloured by master craftsmen, each length of Millboard Decking boasts a true-to-life, high quality finish.
Available in a range of authentic, prime oak colours Millboard Enhanced Grain is perfect for any domestic or commercial decking project.
Millboard decking’s versatility and durability makes it suitable for a variety of alternative uses such as seating arrangements, planters, gates, cladding, table tops and even tree houses.
The unique Lastane layer resists scratches and stains and is designed to withstand even the most demanding of outdoor environments. Millboard decking has high resistance to algae growth as well as excellent anti-slip properties, making it both safe and easy to maintain. The solid Millboard decking boards are strong and durable and will not warp, rot or harbour insects/pests like timber decking would. As well as this, Millboard’s unique closed 'cellular' internal structure reduces the weight of each board making it lighter and easier to work with.
Question:
I have a first floor balcony already in place and the timber decking needs replacing. Will Millboard be able to be affixed to the existing metal frame please?
Answer:
Millboard Durafix fixings are not suitable for metal. You would need to fix a timber or Plas-pro joist to the side of the steel using standard screws, these will then be used as the fixing point for the boards to be fixed using our Durafix fixings
